Through an integrative approach, I tailor my work to you as an individual. I meet you where you are, creating a warm, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space where we can co-create a therapeutic relationship. I aim to build trust with you, offering the opportunity to explore your experiences and make meaning of what has been difficult to understand. It is my strong belief that through experiencing a genuine and accepting relationship with another, we can start to build that same compassionate connection with ourselves.
